Office Manager

As our office manager, I take care of appointment scheduling, treatment plans, insurance and make sure the practice runs smoothly from day to day. I enjoy the teamwork and friendly conversations that I have with my patients and co-workers. I like working with and helping people, and in dentistry, I have been able to do both every day for the last 30 years! Our doctors put their patients first and take the time to make them feel comfortable. They both do outstanding work!

Outside the office, I am involved with the Relay for Life, American Cancer Society, and the Ottoville Athletic Boosters. I like to travel with my husband, Dave, and spend time with my family and friends.

Office Assistant

Welcome! I am one of the first friendly faces to greet patients when they come into our office. I have been working in this practice for the past 12 years and my duties include scheduling appointments, take care of billing, and answer any general questions our patients may have. I love that my job lets me talk to so many different people every day. It is also great to work with such a great group of ladies and our two wonderful doctors. They are both very nice, easy to get along with and value the work they do for each patient.

My husband, Roy, and I have three children, Paige, Tori, Jack and dog named Babe. In my free time I enjoy camping, spending time outside, watching my kids in sports, high school basketball games, and bike riding.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Hello! As a dental hygienist, I help to keep our patients’ smiles healthy and beautiful through regular cleanings, fluoride treatments, and education. I started working for this practice right out of college over 33 years ago! Over the years I have gotten to know our family of patients really well, and I consider many of them to be friends. Both of our doctors are very professional and conscientious of their work and always provide excellent treatment to each and every patient they see.

I have been married to my husband, Gary, for over 28 years. I am very involved in the community and my husband and I are extremely active in the Honor Flight Program, which takes World War II veterans to Washington, D.C., for free. I enjoy reading, cross stitching, and traveling. I am a member of the International Order of The King’s Daughters and Sons, having served 20 years as a Branch Officer and 4 years as an International Officer.

Registered Dental Hygienist

The most rewarding part of being a dental hygienist is treating patients every six months and seeing the progress we can make with good oral health when we work as a team. I’ve been in the dental field for 24 years and in this office for the past 15 years. I enjoy meeting new people and developing friendships with our regular patients. Both doctors are very caring and considerate of the staff and patient needs. The entire practice is a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. We all work very well together and make a great team.

I am married to my husband, Jeff, and we have three children, Allison, Megan, and Travis, who all keep me very busy with sports and school activities. When I have free time I enjoy going to the YMCA, camping, and boating.

Dental Assistant

Hello! My primary duty is assisting Dr. Stefanek during patient appointments, and I also take X-rays, sterilize equipment, and make sure the day flows smoothly. I graduated from Indiana University School of Dental Assisting and have been in the dental profession 43 years, the past 16 years in this practice. My favorite part of the job is meeting people especially the youngest ones, making sure their visit is fun and enjoyable.

My husband Mike and I have been married for 38 years, and we have one daughter, Nicki, and a son-in-law, Eric. I enjoy traveling with family and friends, tailgating in Columbus for Ohio State Football games, and helping with community activities such as hosting card parties at the senior center and shopping for our adopted Christmas family.

Hi! I am one of Dr. Nigro’s dental assistants, and I’ve been working in this office for the past 19 years. I love meeting new people and helping them feel more comfortable and at ease during their appointments. I truly want to make their dental experience with us as pleasant as possible. The quality of Dr. Tony’s work makes him one of the most superior dentists I have ever worked for. His care and understanding of his patients’ fears and concerns show he is very compassionate. I feel very fortunate to work with him and the other members of our staff.

I have been married to my husband Dennis for 26 years and have 2 grown children, Kari and Ryan and a dog named Buddy all of whom I enjoy spending time with. I enjoy camping, boating in the summer and hanging out with friends and life in general.

As one of our office’s dental assistants, I can be found helping our doctors and hygienists during patient appointments. I have worked in the dental field since 2006 and have enjoyed meeting all the great patients that come into the office. I really love meeting new families and helping to create beautiful and healthy smiles. Dr. Stefanek and Dr. Nigro are very nice and easy to work for. They trust all of us in the office and know we will all do high quality, professional work.

My husband, Rob, and I have four children, Amber, Shane, Derek and Kayla, and three dogs named Wienie, Angel and Halo. I am very active with my kids’ sports, help my husband with farming and our excavating business, and I love gardening, going shopping and out to eat.

My dental hygiene career began 15 years ago and I was happy to join Drs. Stefanek and Nigro’s team one year ago. I am responsible for providing optimal dental care to my patients while being a true team player by helping my coworkers whenever they need me. Working in the dental field has given me so many wonderful opportunities to meet and get to know the people in my community, and I cherish the friendships I have made here.

I have been married for nine years to my husband, David. We live in Ottawa and have three daughters named Kayla, Hailey, and Miley. My free time is spent with my family and taking my girls to dance and basketball practice.
